Faster release times, and please — this wasn’t brought up anywhere else in the survey — *PLEASE* allow developers closer contact with their customers. We have no way of talking to people that comment on our apps. I’d like to be able to talk with my customers, but I don’t have access to contact them, and I can’t post my own comments.
At the very least, let us post responses in the comments on the App Store. A nicer thing would be to allow us to contact them directly. You don’t have to expose their contact info to us, but give us a form to contact them through the store, that then gets forwarded to their store e-mail address. It’s then their choice to e-mail us back if they want. But there have been *many* times where people have been blatantly misinformed about something regarding my products, and I have *zero* recourse to help them. It sucks, and it’s not the kind of customer service I want to provide.
